Moving into a new place can be stressful, whether the move is across town or across country there are a lot of things to consider.
When it comes to signing a new lease there are a lot of bits of information that will affect your entire lifestyle for the terms of the lease or longer. Rent and any fees included will affect your budget as well as utilities, whether they are included or not and how much they cost. These things can affect you in a negative or positive way but it is good to have some idea of what you are getting into.
In addition to money issues you are going to want to think about pets you are brining along or the family you have. Make sure you and everyone else knows the rules and policies so that you can get along with your neighbors.
One suggestion as you prepare to move is to write down any questions that you come up with, you can e-mail the list to the landlord, or call and ask, or ask when you meet to sign the lease. No matter the questions it is better to be prepared ahead of time for the things that come up.
